JN: Hello, welcome back to another episode of Moontalks, we have a Super moon coming up here on May 26th, and we’re in eclipse season. So really exciting times that we’re in and that we’re living through right now. Sandra thanks so much for being here, first of all. Today we’re talking about embodiment. Embodying our higher self, embodying the fullness of who we are and I think this is a really resonant topic on a lot of our hearts right now. As so much is going on in the world around us. This need for embodiment, being grounded in our body, in our human form, in our human vessel, is such a practice and so important. And I think it’s just something that’s coming up for a lot of us right now. So we wanted to have this conversation and share these different thoughts around how we can do it and what it means for us, and how we can walk through this life embodying more of our higher self, more of the truth of who we are. So we’re going to start off with a prayer, to ground us into this energy. Before we get going Sandra do you want to add anything on that?
SR: Well I want to say, thank you. Thank you so much everyone for listening to this, and feeling magnetized to this podcast. We are here to really share what’s on our hearts and what is unfolding naturally. So embodiment, from my viewpoint, from my perspective, is truly needed in this time. As feminine leaders, as healers, as oracles, medicine women, mothers and lovers. You know, embodiment is the pathway to ascension, you know it is the pathway to sovereignty. Allowing the light of our higher self to land into our bodies and to actually be the drivers of our lives. While the ego sits in the co-pilot we can like, integrate the ego structure with the higher self and we actually need that embodiment into the body, living from the body leaving the mind and the mind structures behind to navigate this new frequency. So I think it’s good that we start with prayer to really gather the energy back to this intention which is eh, embodiment of the higher self. So I invite you all to close your eyes. Make sure nobody is going to distract you, turn off your phone, close the door. Taking a deep inhale into your body, the deepest inhale you have taken this week. Inhaling and exhaling deeply into your body. Allowing the flow of your breath to navigate your body. Gathering your energy back to yourself, back to this presence, back to this prayer. Allow yourself to ground in this prayer. Gathering your energy back to this present moment. Uniting all times, spaces and dimensions. Opening the zero point quantum field of embodiment. Opening the gates of the rose grail temple, landing in this moment. Welcoming your healed ancestors to surround you, to surround us. Calling upon the guardians of the North, White Buffalo Calf Woman and your healed ancestors to surround us. Calling upon the Stargate Circle that holds the White Buffalo Woman Star Nation to bring forth information of embodiment now. Calling upon the keepers of the East, Shekmet, Isis, Hathor, to step forth. Placing a golden pyramid on top of this prayer now. Feeling Isis opening her wings surrounding this prayer, protecting this prayer with the divine mother energy. The true magic of embodiment. Calling upon the guardians of the South, Mother Mary, and Guadalupe Tonantzin, keepers of the womb, the immaculate conception, entering through the South, bringing rose petals around this prayer. Calling upon in the West, Mary Magdalene, Joan of Arc and the Order of Magdalena, to step forth, the Queens of embodiment. Feeling the Order of Magdalena surrounding you with red rose. Allowing your third eye to open, your imagination to flow and visualize those goddesses priestesses surrounding you. As we visualize some roots coming from our body. Feeling the touch of your body in the ground. The points of contact of your body on the chair, on the couch or wherever you are sitting or laying. In these points of contact there are roots that go down all the way into the Earth asking for permission of the Earth to open up the realm, the quantum realm to receive this prayer of embodiment. Feeling the roots going down into the Earth through the layers and the waters of the Earth. Visualizing a laser beam shooting up from the center of the Earth, through your roots all the way to your crown chakra connecting the Earth with the heavens, shooting this ray golden ray all the way to the seventh plane. Calling upon the Seraphim angels to surround us. Calling upon the dragon lines to open up to receive this information. Calling upon Archangel Michael also, to release any reptilian entity and lower frequencies from this space now now now. Out. Clearing this space as a womb of the immaculate conception of embodiment now. Feeling grounded in this space. Allowing yourself and your higher self to land into this prayer. Commanding your higher self to land into your body. Entering a state of grace, uniting the heaven on Earth, the divine union that happens within yourself as we unite divine masculine and divine feminine energies in the center of your heart as your heart opens as a stargate of information that unfolds as a rose, unfolds petal by petal. Surrendering to the present moment as we inhale and we exhale the grace of the Sophianic codes that lies inside your higher self imprint. Allowing yourself to listen. Your body, now. Connecting your body with your higher self technology. Connecting your body with the seventh plane. Allowing yourself to visualize yourself from above now. Releasing all illusions about what embodiment is now. Allowing a new version to land into this prayer now. Allowing yourself to receive the subtle messages through the grace of your body connected to your higher self. Visualizing a golden thread that comes from the center of your heart to the seventh plane, where the mastery of your higher self can be translated into your heart rate. And so it is. And so it is. And so it is. So we can inhale and exhale into the body into the presence of this moment. Allowing your breath to be the intelligence that guides this transmission. Feeling the sensations of your body. Feeling your inhale and your exhale moving. Welcoming your higher self and your presence to this moment. And when you are ready you can open your eyes. So welcome, welcome to this space. And we have decided to share embodiment and the higher self embodiment because we are living in such a crucial times at the moment. Like, the Earth is going to the center of the Milky Way, that we are, all the potentialities of where we can head as a race, as humans, as women on our own personal journey, it has a potentiality right now. We are going through a pathway in the Universe, that in the quantum field all possibilities are illuminated. I really want to see all possibilities of who you are illuminated. And we really want to gather the energy to razor focus your intention into the true embodiment of your higher self which it is the mastery of the human journey. In this moment that everything is possible and I think it’s a time where we are stepping in leadership. Many of us are. And there is no leadership without embodiment. There is no true, in tune leadership if there is not embodiment. There is no way we can actually be grounded with this energy that we are passing through in the galaxy right now if we are not in the body. Okay, so, this requires a lot of transformation. Because we are going through a time of sleep. Sleeping time of hundreds and thousands of years that happened for all of us and in one way or another we all have traumas in our bodies, right? If we know it or if we don’t because we carry the information of our ancestors. And during the past hundreds and thousands of years, the ancestors were living many agendas that weren’t in pure harmony with the Earth, with the body, and in denial of the feminine. And that’s why we are calling about this embodiment because embodiment is the feminine way. We are not leaving our body to be enlightened, we are not leaving our societies and communities to make a change and impact in the world. We are calling upon in prayer our higher self to really guide us on the journey of leadership, of embodiment. And through this path of embodiment we are really uniting heaven on Earth. There is no way of having a change and an impact in this life without true embodiment. So this is why we have chosen to dedicate one prayer, one podcast to embodiment. Which is also, I call it like the feminine way because the body and the Mother Earth—Mother Earth—we are an extension of Her. Our bodies holds the waters, and holds the Earth, and holds the elements. So the elements in its origin are our first ancestors. Okay, when we talk about embodiment, we need to understand we need to make peace not just with our bloodline, with our lineages, but also with the elements in this planet and in the Earth. Because if we make peace with our own fire, our own air, our own water and our own Earth, is when the spirit, or Sophia God, or unity consciousness, or Buddha consciousness, or higher self or eh, whatever we want to call it, can land in our body. We need to have peace with our body, for that light ray of higher self to land into the body. So it is a process, it is not something that happens from one day to another. It is a process. The full mastery of our lives, it requires embodiment. It requires divine union where we leave behind the polarity. But we need to integrate the polarity. The dark and the light. The masculine and the feminine. The shadow needs to be integrated in order to enter that zero point realm where innocence lies. The spirit is innocence, and in that innocence we embody what we are here to create. And embodiment can look different in each one of us. Embodiment can take many forms. There is not right, there is no wrong. What it means is to be fully present in what is happening now. In what is happening in your life where you are. Not needing more upgrades. Just being here. And knowing that here you have all the answers. So welcome to this prayer, welcome to this podcast and I think Jaclyn wants to also share what is embodiment for you.
JN: That was so beautiful thank you. I’m gonna continue off of what you said about presence. Because embodiment is a term until we practice it. And spirituality is nothing until we practice it. Until we bring it into our human form. Until we integrate all the etheric knowledge and teachings and wisdoms and bring it into our being. And this is the practice of embodiment. And I think we’re living through a time where we have to remember how important we are. How important our mission is to Earth and how much of a gift we all are every single person listening to this right now is a massive massive gift to humanity. And we’re gonna keep on feeling emotional pain. We’re gonna keep on feeling physical pain. We’re not going to be exempt from the pains of this human experience. Let’s be real, it's hard sometimes. And we’re not gonna bypass it to love and light it all away. We are going through massive shifts, our bodies are going through massive shifts, we are feeling different pains, emotional or physical or symptoms come up that we’ve never experienced before. So embodiment is this ability to recognize that that’s okay. And it isn’t us. It doesn't make us. We can feel an emotional pain, we can witness a negative thought but we can know that we are so much more than that. And we are not that. And so to me embodiment is a practice. It isn’t this natural thing where all of a sudden we’re walking around the world and we’re our higher self and here we are and we’ve arrived. It’s this willingness to feel everything and just accept it. And to see yourself in the innocence of who we are and bring ourselves back into our body. So if we are closing our eyes and we feel into a place in our body that we want to feel into. So maybe it is in our heart or maybe it's in our womb. Or maybe it’s in our sacral or solar plexus area between our ribs. And so we’re feeling into one of these different places in our body and in feeling into the place we’re creating our own little oasis there. And in that moment, through our breath, through bringing us into that place, of deep presence, of pure presence, that is when we can, everything else dissolves. And maybe it’s just for two seconds. When you’re in that place, you’re holding yourself in your body, and everything that you have to do, all the judgements you were holding against yourself, all of the beliefs, or thoughts, or ideas—just everything melts away. And in that moment there is nothing but presence. There is nothing but beingness. And in that moment when we’re allowing ourselves to just be with who we are with pure acceptance, pure unconditional love for who we are in this moment, and seeing ourselves in that innocence. Seeing ourselves through the purity of our soul. That we’re good people, we’re good souls and we have good intentions. Just accepting every part of ourselves. And in that moment, in maybe that one or two seconds. That is when we create that space for our higher self to enter into our body and meet us. And integrate into us more deeply. In that moment, maybe one or two seconds of pure deep presence, is when we are living in the unknown. And the unknown is the feminine. And the unknown is God. And the unknown is the Universe or whatever you want to call it. So embodiment is so crucial to where we are in our journeys right now, accessed through presence because it's in those moments of pure embodiment that everything that we think is important. All of the agendas or the fears, the things that are consuming our mind, or the pains, the emotional or physical pains, they all melt away, and we come back into that moment of pure presence. Of occupying the space in our body. Of feeling the wisdom in our body rise up through us. And in that place where we’re feeling the wisdom of our body, we don’t need to make any decisions. We just are. And yet, it becomes really clear too, like what’s a yes and what’s a no. So from another perspective all we need to do is follow that guidance, because we’re always receiving the guidance the moment we get out of our head and into our body it becomes very loud and very clear what is for us and what isn’t. And it’s in that embodiment, in that presence that we access this knowledge, access this wisdom and then when we walk around in our day. Maybe we’re sitting in meditation or just breath and we’re breathing into these spaces in our body. And maybe just for two seconds we got that feeling of just being there fully present. Fully embodied. And then it becomes five seconds. And then you practice it again and it becomes 10 seconds. And then maybe you’re at the store and you’re checking out and you’re able to hold that one or two seconds when you’re in contact with the store clerk or someone on your walk. And so through this practice of embodiment we start to be able to walk out into the world and just being the light that we are. And I think we have not realized how powerful we are for so long and the power of our light. The power of our breath. When we’re walking outside in this world and we’re in our body, we’re in our breath, and we are emanating our light. And just that in itself, we’re being a lighthouse for someone else. We’re being a pillar of light for someone else. And when we do that, when we come into that deep presence within ourselves and we hold it in our being and we’re emanating it out, we’re reaching through all different dimensions. We’re reaching people all over this earth, not just who we’re in contact with in this moment. Uhm, you know, we’re transcending all of these all of these different energies and frequencies and we’re allowing more of our higher self to enter into our body and ride the show. Be the one that’s directing the show. We just see ourselves as players in this game, in this reality. That none of our dramas and our traumas are truly ours. In that they don’t define us. That we are so much more than that. So this practice, embodiment is a practice. It is a, it’s repetition. It’s doing it over and over and over again, and just allowing more of the light that we are to fill us. And to remember over and over again that we are that light. And how much people on this Earth need your light right now. They need you being that lighthouse for them. And we can get really caught up in our processes, in our own things we’re working through in this moment, in our own growth, in our own things that we’re healing thinking that we’ll never be healed enough or we’ll be there or we’ll never be perfect or whatever. But the world needs us really in our messiness. And in our authenticity. It doesn’t need us to be perfect it just needs us to show up as the light that we are. And we can show up doing that as we’re walking down the street as we’re coming into contact with people in our everyday life. And so so much of this process of embodiment is about remembering how powerful just our light in itself, existing in our body is. And as we can create more and more space in us through our practices for this light to enter us, then we are healing the collective beyond the Earth plane itself. Our light is emanating and transmuting through all different dimensions. And so, I think it’s just a time in our collective evolution to remember how powerful we are and how needed we are to ground these energies into our physical form.
SR: Amazing. Thank you, thank you Jaclyn. You were talking about this and there was this information also coming through which is about sacred marriage. The marriage of your soul and your body. This is a constant path into your beloved. Allowing your feminine and your masculine to meet each other. And like, there are so many limiting beliefs about us, believing that we are not worthy or that it is not safe to be here, or it not safe to be seen. Or it is not safe that others might see my light, so it is not safe to truly shine. And it is the opposite way, the more you shine the safer you are. It is not about wanting or expecting others to approve of you. When you actually release expectations of how others are gonna take your message, you allow yourself to be you. Because at the end of the day, you are just talking to yourself, all the time. You are talking to yourself, because everyone is an extension of God. A different extension and manifestation of God so you are talking to yourself through different manifestations. So when we release that idea of separation, then you allow yourself to be you. You allow yourself to feel safe. Because you are gathering yourself, you are accepting yourself fully. And there are thousands and hundreds and thousands of years that we believed in sacrifice. Right, and this is coming really strong right now, that we need to do things in order to get somewhere. And no, like *snap, snap, snap* out. That doesn’t serve us any longer. We don’t need to prove anything. We don’t need to do things in order to receive the blessing of life. You are worth it as you are. And you are enough NOW. And as you are now, if you are in peace with yourself now, is when the light of your divinity can pour through. It is an intelligence that we don’t need to shape it with our human understanding. Like, it is, as the wind touches the leaves of a tree, it is natural. Embodiment is natural, it is coming back to nature. It’s coming back to your own personal needs and actually expressing those needs and allowing yourself to feel enough as you are in this moment. And as Jaclyn was saying, like we become that pillar of light. But to be that pillar of light, this is not a path of doing. This is a path of undoing. Undoing all the learning that is not serving us. And the moment we enter into society, we go to school or we have education with our parents and this whole idea that we are not enough and we need to fill our minds in order to get somewhere. That is not what we are talking here. It is a process of undoing everything to truly be empty. And when you are empty, you allow yourself to be you. Like, you are full as you are in this moment. And that process, of course it is painful. It is painful because unweaving the old limiting beliefs, and old manipulation and control agendas that process...in order to do that process we need to be embodied. We cannot do it if we are not in the body. And that process, of course, is gonna get messy. It’s gonna get really messy but it is really beautiful at the same time. And it is not about bypassing the trauma, it is going through the trauma of the body that we all hold in one way or another. Because if we are talking about embodiment, there is not embodiment just through movement. Sometimes we think embodiment is moving your body. Yes, of course it’s moving your body, but it’s way more than moving your body. If you healed your ancestors, you allow more of the embodiment to happen through you. If you are moving your body and you are not in peace with your maternal and patriarchal lineages, I’m so sorry you are not gonna get that far. That’s why, this is a little bit a complexity of all sciences together. Ancestry, and healing your ancestors is really important. Because in the process of embodiment we are unraveling all limitations that have happened through one generation to the next. To the point that you feel enough, that you feel worthy as you are now. And because you feel enough, you feel safe in your body. Then there is your own authentic light, rises and pours through you. You don’t need to prove anything. You are not acting from your wounded self. You are facing your wounded self, you are alchemizing your wounded self, you are choosing to heal. And everything can be healed—everything—if it is not one way, there will be another there, there are many ways for healing. But it is a process of changing the perception, that we are not separated from the source, that is the first limiting belief of not being embodied. If you think divinity is out there, and you need to do things in order to deserve a blessing, then we are bypassing fully. We are creating a really complex path to embodiment while at the end, it’s really really simple. It’s being you as you are. It’s accepting yourself fully here, with your pain, with your struggle, with your blessings. And then because you accept your struggle and you accept your pain, then you bless your struggle and you bless your pain, and then it dissolves. And then we’ll find another thing behind it. But it is a process of unraveling all limiting beliefs that has been going through our ancestry until we find ourselves innocent. We are innocent, we have always been innocent. When we understand this then the true embodiment comes in. Because you can’t blame yourself. I did this this way, I should do that that way. When you are innocent there is no right. There is no wrong. There is. Every projection we do into our reality, we polarize ourselves. We polarize ourselves, we are not embodied. Embodiment is innocence at the end of the day. It is a sacred marriage of your divine self into your body. The masculine and feminine forces into union. In gnostic Christianity it is called holy mother holy father holy child. When the two polarities merge together, then the third consciousness comes through. And the third consciousness comes through when there is true embodiment. And that’s a process of joy and pleasure as well. It’s not just pain. We are going to find the true light once we go through the trauma once we go through the dark, but then on the other side there is pure joy, so it comes together. If we want to find joy, vitality, radiance in our life, we need to go through our pain. We need to go through our traumas as well. But not get addicted to them. This is completely different. We need to transmutate the information of the body in order to enter that empty space of innocence. And yes, to choose. To choose to embody your higher self. That’s the first thing. Because, even if we believe it or not, we are all embodied in one reality. We can choose to manifest that reality. Or we can maybe feel victims or separated from our reality. But once you embody yourself, and this is when it gets really fun, you are the creation and creator of your own reality. And that gets really fun, because at the end of the day, everything is a game. We are here to play, to have fun. Once we are embodied, is when the fun and the joy also rises through. So it comes together. Of course there is pain, but through the pain we find the light. Through the pain we also find, the passions. But I want to remember that ehh humanity has been addicted to suffering and to pain. The pain is here for us to transmutate that pain. Not to stay there. Because when you are embodied, literally, joy pours through your veins. Joy pours through your body. It is fine, you want to smile, you want to do things, it is like passion going through your body. There is energy pouring through your body and people can sense that. Imagine if we are talking in this podcast and there is no emotions behind it. There is no energy behind it. This won’t be embodied. If we really want to do an impact on the world, we really need to understand that there is a higher energy with a sacred code that we carry within ourselves and we are worthy to receive it, to activate it, and to bring it into the world and leave a legacy. There is no way to leave a legacy if we are not embodied. What do you think, eh, Jaclyn?
JN: Mmmmm. So much. As women, or as humans that lead, predominantly in the feminine, a part of our conditioning or our programming is to dim our light. Is to been seen but not be heard. To be silent. To be a good girl. All of these different programmings that we’ve been told from such a young age. And that’s backwards. That’s so not who are and it’s not who we came here to be. And as women, as the feminine, we are light itself. We are radiance. We are the essence of love. And we came here to express the fullness of that love and when we are expressing that fullness of love that we are, that is when our heart overflows. That is when we feel in synchrony and in harmony and dancing with our higher self and just loving this life and all that is has to offer. And yet we have to move through this programming and this conditioning to shrink ourselves and silence ourselves in order to come back to this truth of who we really are. And we’re living through a time now where we need to reprogram ourselves to let our light be seen. And let our light be known. And to allow ourselves to be known for the light that we are. And to be seen for the light that we are. And that is when everything in our body naturally awakens within us. In an easy and effortless and natural way. Because when we’re just allowing this light, this love within our body to just fill us, and when we’re sitting there and we can feel that light rise up through us. Or we wake up in the morning and we can just fill our heart with our love, and just notice this love that’s just like it's on our fingers, it's in our toes, it's in our spine, it's in our shoulders. This love that we are, is everywhere. Is all throughout our being. And as we remember more and more of this love that we are and as we use our breath to guide us into our body. Because our breath is what fills us with light. So when we are practicing embodiment, when we are intending to fill ourselves with more of our fullness, with more of our higher self, with more of the truth of who we are, our breath is always our number one tool to guide us back into our body. To bring more light into our body and fill ourselves more with this light that we are. And sometimes all it takes is the intention. Of, I am intending my higher self to enter me, to consume me, to guide my day, to direct me. And the power of our intention too can really bring us into embodying more of this and I think. Sandra, what you were talking about. Innocence. I think that’s a really key part to embodiment. Because when we see ourselves through the innocence that we are, then the distortions and the illusions can melt away a little bit. And so, something we can do when we are. Because I know sometimes you can hear this word, like, oh, innocence. Or we’re pure. Or we’re all of these things, which we are. But we have to move past our distortions. The lenses that we view ourselves with. Because we’ve all spoken to ourselves. We’ve all held really damaging beliefs about ourselves. We’ve all had, really not spoken kindly to ourselves, we’ve had chaotic thoughts, and really just beaten up on ourselves throughout our life. Like, in maybe even in this moment, maybe even five minutes ago. If we really get real with ourselves and think about the thoughts that we’ve had, the ways we’ve put ourselves down, the beliefs that we’ve had about ourselves. And then if we can just like, hold all of those thoughts and all of those beliefs outside of ourselves. And if we can just close our eyes and imagine ourselves, visualize yourself, standing outside of you. To just witness yourself standing outside of yourself. And stare intimately at this person. And observe this person. And see, look into their eyes, kiss their forehead, touch their hand, touch their heart. And just come back to how innocent this person is. How innocent, divine and loving this person. How good it is. And when we can see ourselves from outside of ourselves, then we can remember that inherent innocence that's in us. And maybe we can’t see all of who are as innocent. But maybe we can see 1 percent as innocent. Maybe just today, this big revelation or transformation is in just viewing our own selves through the eyes of innocence one percent more than we did yesterday. And that is a massive step forward. It’s a massive baby step. Uhm, so. Because this is a really important part of embodiment because when we can begin to see ourselves through that innocence then what happens is we begin to fill ourselves more and more and more with acceptance. We start to accept like our whole journey that we’ve been through. And in that acceptance is unconditional love. We love ourselves for all of it. And as we start to bring more of that acceptance and unconditional love into our body and that is like where our true embodiment. That's like the seed of our embodiment. That is the seed from which we embody the fullness of the love we are. And in that acceptance and unconditional love is when we can walk out into this world and be that lighthouse, be that pillar of light for other people. We don’t even know that we’re affecting, and just our presence alone is radically shifting their day. And I think there’s—coming back to that remembrance—there are a lot of people in this Earth in darkness right now. And a lot of people who need our light. And us rippling these currents, these waves for acceptance and love out throughout our being and being that catalyst for love. And this can only happen when we, as the feminine, and the reason I say that is because we are the light. The feminine is the light. It is the radiance, it is the love. As we can allow ourselves to show more of this light, and accept more of ourselves, and love more of ourselves and be seen and be known for the light that we are, and allowing it to emanate. That is—it’s revolutionary. It changes the entire earth. And it changes this entire existence that we’re living in. So many of these different agendas that have been targeted against women for so long, is because they want to keep our light dim. They want to weaken the energy centers in our reproductive systems, within our thoughts, within our mind, within our voice, within our being. And because they know how transformative and the feminine is. Because let’s be real if you go to any patriarchal cultures that still exist in this world, which is a lot of them, but we can see really clearly. The reason I say that is because the contrast is so big there. But we can look anywhere in society. Women are the ones that push things forward. We’re the ones that evolve things and we’re usually the ones to go first. And so coming back to letting this light to fill us and to being seen in this light and to emanate this light is what is so transformative to this world right now and coming back to all the reasons why the practice of embodiment is just so so important for where we’re at.
SR: And it’s important to re-wild ourselves. Because there is this whole system of domestication, right. Like even between us. We have been domesticated. And it’s this whole process of really rewilding yourself. Like rewilding yourself to open your instincts and your intuition. And allowing your instincts and your intuition to really rule your decisions. Let's say like at the first level is the animal instinct. But then comes intuition. Intuition is like the intelligence that comes through the body. It can give you guidance in your life that your intellectual mind cannot always understand. Intuition is the sixth sense. When you are in your body you open your senses. When you open your senses you are connected with your surroundings, you are connected with the Earth, your community, your needs and the needs of others. You become a living oracle literally when you open your body and your senses. And then that intuition opens and awakens. And that intuition guides you to make decisions not just for the benefit of your own personal journey but for the benefit of all beings, everywhere. So the intuition lives in the body. If we leave the body, we are disconnecting ourselves from the higher intelligence that lives in the body. And we need to be activated in the body because we need everybody activated in their higher self, in this Earth walk, now. Like, that’s why we are doing this. We need each other. You need my power, I need your power. There is no competence here, there is co-creation and we all need each other. But someone needs to go first. Someone needs to go first and hold the hands and share the information, and we are all going towards the same direction. Like it’s really important to land and open the senses. To be in the silence. To go into nature. To listen to plants. The plants speak. The trees are antennas, many traditions knows this. The flowers, the altars, the senses, the smells of your life the way you dress. Everything ripples out. And every action that you take it ripples out through the entire Universe. Even if it’s a small thank you when you are buying your bread in the morning. Like, really, when you are doing that from an embodied place that gratitude is shifting the planet. It is simplicity. We come back to simplicity because we are enough and we open our senses. Our senses are the technology that brings more information. It brings us information of where we are. But if we are domesticated, we judge our intuition, we judge our body. And when we don’t love our body, we don’t feel safe in our body, we can be manipulated and controlled and we end up buying things that we don’t need, feeding a system that is not creating the benefit of all things here. So embodiment is a path of sovereignty. Sovereignty means that you are sovereign in your God-self. You are not searching divine outside yourself. Which it is outside yourself but it is also pouring through inside yourself. So you honor yourself like that. Like you are the sovereign embodied leader that you came here to be. Because you wouldn’t be on this call today and you won’t be in a human journey in this lifetime in these revolutionary times if you weren’t being called to be embodied. So this is a reclamation to really peel off all vile systems of destruction, manipulation, control and limiting beliefs that has kept us small. And I really call, like, I really call Isis in in this moment, to really sweep off in your energy body in your energy field and clear your body from all those vile belief systems that keep you small. And I also call White Buffalo Woman to smoke her chanupa and blow the tobacco in the center of your heart to call back into the stargate of your heart so you can open to your heart information that you carry within yourself. Allowing yourself and your higher self to land into your body. Having a deep clearance in all times, spaces and dimensions leaving and releasing all viral beliefs that keep you small so you can recognize yourself now. So you can inhale and close your eyes and exhale into your body. Placing both hands into your heart, saying out loud, “I am sacred. I choose embodiment, here and now. I recognize myself and my body as a sacred tool of ascension. And so it is. And so it is. And so it is.” Feeling your body, with innocence, in this moment. Allowing yourself to simply breathe. There is nowhere to go, there is no one to become, because you are everything here and now. Allowing yourself to become connected with your environment. With your community. With your body. With mother Earth. Visualizing a red rose in the center of your womb. As the stem of this rose goes down into the Earth, rooting yourself into the Earth. Nourishing yourself from the Earth. Learning embodiment from Sophia Gaia. From Pachamama. Visualizing yourself in a new relationship with the Earth and the elements. Opening your senses and your sensitivity. Allow yourself to visualize your bones as the rocks of a mountain. Allow yourself to visualize your veins as the rivers and the waterfalls of this mountain. Allowing yourself to merge with Mother Earth, with nature. Allowing your breath, your inhale and your exhale, to be the wind into the valleys of your body temple. Allowing your fire to be activated in the center of your perineal. Welcoming your sacred sexuality as a pathway to enter the embodied temple that you are. Bringing the sacred sexuality as the innocent lifeforce vitality that you carry. Honoring your body as the holy grail that you are. Connected to your Source through your body as your Source speaks to you through your intuition. Allowing a laser beam that connects the Earth to the seventh plane to activate your body and intuition now. Now. Now. Feeling the wisdom that arises from within your body. From within your sacred sexuality from your womb. Like a red rose that opens opens opens petal by petal. As you move with grace from this space. And it is done. It is done. It is done. Inhaling deep into your body, and opening your eyes. Welcoming your body as a sacred tool of awakening. Integrating your body in your life. Your reality. Your present moment. So thank you, for being here. Thank you for listening. And ah, see you in the next chapter.
